Plastic waste is having an irreversible, devastating effect on the planet especially in the sea. A recent study has found micro-plastics, not only in sea creatures but now present in human blood. Dudendance imagine a new Alien Species emerging when plastics mutate with living beings. This new outdoor performance combines organic forms with artificial materials –costumes that suggest sea creatures transforming into trash.
The performance will be around 30 mins long with a soundtrack which is downloadable onto your phone. A QR code will be available at reception for the track. Please bring your own headphones plus your phone if you want to hear the soundtrack.
Performance times: 1:30pm and 3pm each day. Subject to change or cancellation if weather conditions are poor.
