Group visit to WDC
Bring your group for a visit to WDC’s Scottish Dolphin Centre at Spey Bay. Our enthusiastic education team provides fun hands-on and outdoor activities exploring various topics including whales and dolphins, local wildlife, history of Spey Bay and much more.
Timings: Day visits to our centre run from 10:30am to 2:30pm however these times are flexible and can be adjusted to suit your group (evening visits can also be organised).
Price: We do not charge for any of our education activities however as we are a charity we gratefully appreciate any possible donations. For visits to our centre we suggest a donation of £1 per child.

WDC visit to your group
Our education team also offers indoor workshops. A member of education team will visit your group to give an interactive workshop. Topics to choose from cover:
- Introduction to whales and dolphins along the East coast of Scotland
- The problem of marine litter (try our litter timeline game, look at the threat of plastic and try your hand at upcycling litter)
- The work of WDC (through use of our giant floorboard game)
We do not charge for WDC visits to your group. Donations are welcome.

Upcoming Events
- Join us on a slower paced wildlife walk aimed at kids.
- Try and spot all the creatures on the activity sheet!
- No need to book, just arrive 10 minutes before the start of the walk and pay at the shop till.
- Binocular hire available for an additional £1.
- Please wear clothing and footwear suitable for the weather.
Come and join us at the Scottish Dolphin Centre for a fun filled children’s holiday club aimed at 6 – 9 year olds.
Each session will have a range of games and activities with a different conservation or nature theme. Meet in the Scottish Dolphin Centre Education Room, or come to the shop and our staff will tell you where to go!
Please come dressed appropriately for the weather.
All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Each child needs their own tickets but adults don’t need to book. Book tickets here.
